Appointment & Walk-in Guidelines

The number of guests inside the shop will be limited to only those with an appointment

Employees and guests SHALL wear protective face masks DURING THE ENTIRETY OF SERVICE

Employees and guests will receive a temperature check prior to entering the SERVICE AREA

All equipment used by a service provider will be sanitized between guests

Cancellations & No-shows

Vixen & Beard has a strict cancellation and no-show policy. We require a card on file or a deposit when booking an appointment. As a courtesy to our barbers and waitlisted customers we require a 30 min advance notice of cancellations. There will be charge of $10 for missed appointments . We understand that life is hectic, and that mix-ups and emergencies happen. We request that where possible, you show both our service professionals and other clients the same courtesies you’d expect for your appointment.
